Melissa Tarpey
Founder of The Corporate Crunch
Melissa Tarpey spent seven years in aircraft leasing, working on landmark deals worth over $1 billion, and brings over a decade of combined experience across aviation finance and law. The Fine Print
The practical details.
I'm not really a yoga person. Is this for me?
Very likely, yes. The Corporate Crunch is designed for corporate professionals who want something practical rather than precious. There is no performance and no jargon, just grounded techniques you can put to use straight away. All levels are welcome.
Do I need experience?
No. All levels are welcome, with options so you can practise at your own pace.
What do I need?
A mat and a quiet space. Your camera is optional.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is recorded and added to the Members' Library the same day.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time through your account. There is no notice period.
What time zone are classes in?
Irish time (Europe/Dublin). The Diary on The Agenda page shows the equivalent in your local time.
