Who we are

The Corporate Crunch provides online yoga and meditation classes by membership. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you create an account or write to us; a record of the terms you have accepted and the date you accepted them; your membership status and renewal date; and basic technical information about your visit.

Payment

Card payments are taken by Stripe, which acts as our payment processor. Your card details are entered on a secure form provided by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only your membership status, renewal date and a payment reference. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy notice.

Why we use it

To provide your membership, to send class information, to take payment, and to answer your correspondence. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond the providers who help us run the service.

How long we keep it

For as long as your membership is active, and afterwards only as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its use. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
